new points system
there are no longer double points for winners. instead it is now 2 points per assist,
1 point per goal, and then winners get +7 points for winning, losers get +2.
goalies get 12 for winning and 7 for losing.
REFS: we need more refs, especially for europe. currently we have:
Bomb, creative, mccheese, blaza, hoplite_, shadow, mustard_seed and tigerworm who can make and report games.
